At Drive Global Digital, we strive to ensure complete satisfaction with our International Driving Permit services. However, due to the nature of digital and personalized document generation, we offer refunds under specific conditions outlined below.

1. Eligibility for Refund

  • Refunds may be requested within 24 hours of placing the order, before the digital permit is delivered.
  • Refunds are not available once the order has been processed and the IDP sent digitally or physically.
  • In the case of duplicate orders or technical errors on our side, a full refund will be issued.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

  • You provided incorrect or incomplete information in your application.
  • The IDP was rejected due to local laws or authority discretion (we clearly state this is a translated document, not a government-issued license).
  • You failed to download or access the digital permit after delivery.

3. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, please contact our support team at support@driveglobal.digital with your order ID and reason for the request. We will review your case and respond within 24–48 hours.

4. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback without contacting us first, we reserve the right to dispute the chargeback and deny future service. We encourage open communication to resolve issues quickly and fairly.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received a refund after approval:

  • Check your bank account or credit card statement again.
  • Contact your credit card company—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • If the issue persists, please contact us directly.
